- Brushing: It’s a best way to prevent plaque in a daily routine. Spend at least 3 minutes in brushing. Use soft bristled brush for brushing. Always brush your teeth two or three times a day. Your brush should be fit your mouth and easy to reach in every corner of mouth. Replace your tooth after three or four months. Dr. Soin’s dental clinic suggested to use ADA accepted fluoride toothpaste for daily use. Properly brush inner, outer tooth surface and tongue. - Flossing/ Inter-dental Cleaning: Flossing Includes methods of cleaning the space between the teeth with the help of dental floss. It cleans the dental area where brush can’t reach. Flossing should be done repeatedly after one day.
- Mouth rinse: Dr. Soin’s dental clinic suggested rinsing your mouth after each and every meal. It should be done vigorously. It is used to freshen up breath and remove dental bacteria.
- Eat a balanced diet: Balance diet should contain vegetable, fruits and grains. It should be rich in calcium, vitamin A, B and protein. According to the Dr. Soin’s dental clinic proper intake of vitamin C with balance diet will improve oral health.
